VENDOR APPLICATION FORM

Thanks for taking the time to apply to vendor at ScotFestBC: The 129th British Columbia Highland Games.

We review every submission we get. Please read the following information carefully.

1) Entries will be reviewed and selections made by February 15, 2026.

2) Payment required by March 31, 2026. Payment will not be required unless you have been selected and you will be sent a Contract form to complete along with payment to secure your place.

3) A third form will be sent to paid vendors on April 1, 2026 for all required permits which will be due by April 30, 2026.

Vendor Space Pricing 2026

Artisans 10x10 space (includes one entry pass)
                  Site Fee: $300
                  Indigenous: free

Merchandise Vendor space (incudes 2 entry passes)
One 10x10 Site Fee: $500
One 20x10  Site Fee: $600
One 20x20 Site Fee:  $650

Food Vendor Tent 10x10 space (includes 2 entry passes)
                  Site Fee: $550

Food Truck (incl. two entry passes)
                  Site Fee: $600

Non-Profit 10x10 Vendor Space  (includes 2 entry passes)
                  Site fee: $100
